Michael

Innova is a WA owned family company run by the owner and registered builder, Michael Cunnold. With over 20 years experience producing many quality homes while heading up the construction divisions at some of Perth’s most prominent Builders. Michael is passionate about staying at the forefront of building innovation. Michael will be with you every step of the way sharing his knowledge and experience from the first consultation until you are ready to enjoy your new home.

Our Process

We are a custom home builder so we don’t have “standard homes” or display homes to sell you we have designers who will work with you to create a design concept to suit your budget and lifestyle specifically for your block of land.

Our process is simple, initially we will work with you to discuss your budget and ideas and develop a design brief based on individual requirements and explain what can be achieved on your block of land. From there our designers will develop a concept sketch for you, this will show you how we can layout the living areas of your home and bring your ideas to life. From there we will work with you to refine the concept until we get a layout that is exactly what you are looking for and complete the computer-generated design sketch and 3D model. Once we have the design sketch complete we will provide a detailed costing for the project so you will have a full understanding of the costs involved and a complete proposal from us as an option for you to consider. There are no hidden costs for our serves to this point and no obligation at this stage for you to build the home.
